quiet, but not forgotten

This blog is the public face of a project, one that I've continued to work on intermittently, and have recently made sufficient progress that I believe I see the light at the end of the tunnel. (I'm nearly certain it's not a train, since this has been a pretty lonely tunnel.)

Sorry to be so oblique, but that's about all I can say for now.
